All relevant information for our services is provided below, including how to order, how to pay, postage and packaging, product descriptions, prices, cancellation and return policy, privacy, customer service, and complaints.

How to order
When you see a product that you would like to purchase click on the “add to cart” button to add this item to your basket.
You can click on the “My Basket” option on the top of the page, this will allow you to view or change any of your selected products. You can also update quantities of any selected items or even remove it completely from your basket.
When you have selected all of the items you require click on the “Checkout” where you will be guided through our simple payment process where you will be asked for your contact and delivery details and then directed to a secure payment server where we will take your payment.
Prior to making your final payment you will have one final chance to do each of the following;
- Add more items to your basket
- Change any of the quantities in your basket
- Remove any items in your basket
- Cancel your order
How to pay
With our website you are able to order directly via your internet browser in a very simple manner. All you need to pay is a debit or a credit card in front of you when processing the payment.
All UK customers also have the option to pay for the items they have chosen by Cheque. Simply chose this option during the checkout process. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the payment is cleared.
Postage and Packaging
Our charges for postage and packaging are calculated on weights and we have a minimum carriage charge of £14.00. Carriage can only be calculated on this system for customers in Mainland UK. All customers in the following areas will be subject to an additional surcharge;
- Isle of Wight – £14.50
- Grampian – £15.50
- Highlands – £16.50
- Northern Ireland – £30.00
Any failed deliveries will be subject to a £12.00 additional charge.
Delivery
Most orders placed before 12:00 are despatched within 24 hours of the order being placed and are sent out with our carriers on a next day delivery service, although this service is not guaranteed. For those specific areas mentioned in the “Postage and Packaging” section above the only service we offer is a 3 day delivery. We can offer two guaranteed delivery services for mainland UK (this does not include the locations named in the “Postage and Packaging” section and they are a before 9.30am and a before noon delivery, the surcharge for these services are listed below;
- Before Noon – £11.00
- Before 9.30am – £31.00
If you would like to take advantage of either of these services please contact a member of our sales staff on the number at the top of the page as we will have to process payment manually.
All orders will be sent out with a carrier who will require a signature. Please ensure you advise a delivery address where someone will be available to receive and sign for your order.
All PVC Strip Curtains, PVC Strip in lengths smaller than 50 metres and PVC Sheet in lengths less than 20 metres are dispatched latest 5 days from date of order. Before Noon or before 9.30am deliveries are still available but based on Next Day from date of dispatch.
Product Descriptions
We have taken time to ensure that all of our product descriptions and specifications are correct. We do however reserve the right to make changes, technical or other wise to product specification without prior notice.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Cancellation and Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel your contract with Clearway within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. The cancellation must be notified to Clearway in writing by post or e-mail via the details given on the Contact Us section of the website. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Clearway at your expense within 30 days. The return of the goods can be organised by Clearway but we would require payment by card or cheque prior to collection.
You are recommended to return the goods in their original packaging or similar and you are required to take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund will be issued by Clearway less delivery charges within 30 days if the goods are received by us in resalable condition. Clearway reserve the right to decide whether goods are deemed resalable, if the goods are not deemed to be in a resalable condition Clearway reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.
Privacy
Our policy is to protect our customers information, and only use the information that we obtain about you legally in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not make any of your information available to any company outside of Clearway. Please read our Privacy Statement for further details.
