We pride ourselves on great service delivery. That is why we ensure to prioritise our shipping times, making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. For swift delivery of your orders, most orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched for next day delivery. This depends heavily on the product and the quantity of products ordered however. We also only offer next day delivery for Mainland UK and this doesn’t cover Northern Ireland, parts of Scotland and various UK islands. We utilize reliable carriers for next-day delivery service, although it’s not always guaranteed. Please speak to a member of our team should you require a more detailed delivery schedule. Certain parts of Scotland and the various UK islands have different shipping times. Please speak to our sales team if you require more information about these shipping times. These services are decided at checkout based on your orders weight, but should you require assistance or are looking for different shipment options, kindly reach out to our sales team via the contact number provided below or on our contact page.

Please note that all orders are shipped with third party carriers and require a signature upon delivery to your premises. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order. If you are purchasing large quantities of PVC-related products, such as PVC rolls or PVC strip curtains, please have a forklift on hand to assist with unloading. These items can be quite heavy and will require a forklift to safely unload them from the delivery vehicle.

Next day delivery is available for the majority of our products that do not require cutting and assembling. This is only for Mainland UK and doesn’t include Northern Ireland or the smaller UK islands. Just ensure to place your order early enough (before 12:00 midday) to ensure next day delivery. All orders to Northern Ireland may take longer than usual. We aim to have the order with you within 3 – 10 days when shipping to Northern Ireland or areas not on the UK mainland. This is heavily dependent on what the product is and how big the order is.

Bespoke products that require processing such as PVC Strip Curtains, Replacement PVC Strips, and Pre-Cut PVC Sheets are usually dispatched within 3 – 5 days of ordering. This is dependant on quantity, product type and the amount of orders we are already working on. This is because these items need to be processed, cut or assembled which can take a little bit longer. We always aim for swift processing and shipping, and aim to get your products to your door as soon as possible, but sometimes lead times can be longer than expected, especially during our busier periods. If your order is time sensitive and has a particular deadline for delivery, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to facilitate your requirements.

We also do not keep certain items in stock and manufacture the product once an order has been placed. This is for the more technical PVC ranges that have a limited life span, or for product ranges that lose their effectiveness over time. We do this to ensure that you have the full lifespan of the product, as advertised. These items may take a little longer to deliver to you as they need to be manufactured first. A few examples of these products include our antibacterial, anti-insect, anti-static, and our fire retardant PVC ranges. A salesperson should be in contact with you to give you the expected delivery time if these times are longer than expected.

Orders placed around the Christmas period may be delayed until the new year as we shut down during the Christmas period. These orders will be processed and dispatched upon our return in the new year.
