Our Quickmount system is a great alternative for hanging systems as it doesn’t require plate-sets and therefore makes it cheaper and easier to install. Our Heavy Duty Quickmount system is made from a thick and more durable aluminium structure to endure heavy traffic and heavy vehicles passing through the doorway.

How to mount Quickmount?

Heavy Duty Quickmount is 600mm in length, each device has a connector at each end allowing for you to scale the device to the size that you need. All you will need to do is punch holes into the PVC with a 8mm punch to create the holes. We recommend that you use our punch guide (a plate with holes to guide you where to add the holes) to ensure that the holes are punched correctly. Once the strips are punched, all you will need to then do is attach the strips to the Quickmount rail by simply pushing the Quickmount rails teeth through the holes.
