How to order

When you see a product that you would like to purchase click on the “add to cart” button to add this item to your basket.

You can click on the “My Basket” option on the top of the page, this will allow you to view or change any of your selected products. You can also update quantities of any selected items or even remove it completely from your basket.

When you have selected all of the items you require click on the “Checkout” where you will be guided through our simple payment process where you will be asked for your contact and delivery details and then directed to a secure payment server where we will take your payment.

Prior to making your final payment you will have one final chance to do each of the following;

  • Add more items to your basket
  • Change any of the quantities in your basket
  • Remove any items in your basket
  • Cancel your order

How to pay

With our website you are able to order directly via your internet browser in a very simple manner. All you need to pay is a debit or a credit card in front of you when processing the payment.

All UK customers also have the option to pay for the items they have chosen by Cheque. Simply chose this option during the checkout process. Please note that orders paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the payment is cleared.

Delivery

We pride ourselves on great service delivery. That is why we ensure to prioritise our shipping times, making sure you receive your orders as soon as possible. For swift delivery of your orders, most orders placed before 12:00 are dispatched for next day delivery. This depends heavily on the product and the quantity ordered however. We utilize reliable carriers for next-day delivery service, although it’s not always guaranteed.

For mainland UK, we offer weight base shipping. Here is a breakdown of our pricing.

These services are decided at checkout based on your orders weight, but should you require assistance or are looking for different shipment options, kindly reach out to our sales team via the contact number provided on our contact page.

Please note that all orders are shipped with carriers requiring a signature. Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and sign for your order.

Specific products such as PVC Strip Curtains, PVC Strips under 50 meters in length, and PVC Sheets under 20 meters are dispatched within 5 days of ordering. This is dependant on quantity and product type. We always aim for swift processing and shipping.

Next day delivery is available for the majority of our products that do not require cutting and assembling. Just make sure to place your order early (before 12:00 midday) to ensure next day delivery.

Product Descriptions

We have taken time to ensure that all of our product descriptions and specifications are correct. We do however reserve the right to make changes, technical or other wise to product specification without prior notice.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

You have the right to cancel your contract with Clearway within seven working days of the receipt of the goods. The cancellation must be notified to Clearway in writing by post or e-mail via the details given on the Contact Us section of the website. If you cancel the contract within seven days of the receipt of the goods you should return the goods to Clearway at your expense within 30 days. The return of the goods can be organised by Clearway but we would require payment by card or cheque prior to collection.

You are recommended to return the goods in their original packaging or similar and you are required to take reasonable care of the goods. A full refund will be issued by Clearway less delivery charges within 30 days if the goods are received by us in resalable condition. Clearway reserve the right to decide whether goods are deemed resalable, if the goods are not deemed to be in a resalable condition Clearway reserve the right to deduct an amount from the refund for any resulting loss in value.

Privacy

Our policy is to protect our customers information, and only use the information that we obtain about you legally in accordance to the Data Protection Act 1998. We will not make any of your information available to any company outside of Clearway. Please read our Privacy Statement for further details.
