You have the option to cancel your contract with Clearway within seven working days of receiving the goods.

To initiate the cancellation process, you must notify Clearway in writing via post or email using the contact details provided in the “Contact Us” section of the website. If you decide to cancel within this seven-day period, you are responsible for returning the goods to Clearway at your own expense within 30 days. Clearway can arrange the collection of the goods, but payment by card or cheque is required prior to collection.

It’s advisable to return the goods in their original packaging or a similar protective packaging, and you must ensure reasonable care of the goods during the return process. A full refund, excluding delivery charges, will be issued by Clearway within 30 days of receiving the goods in a resalable condition.

Clearway reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned goods to determine their resale suitability. If the goods are deemed unsuitable for resale, Clearway reserves the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund to cover any resulting loss in value.
